The various fund-raising initiatives in the surrounding community and legacy donation submissions by local families continue to enable us to partner with the Gwynne Valley Rural Academy, an Alberta Public Charter school,  in support of  the school's efforts to maintain a quality education in the area. Through your donations, GLF is also able to respond to needs in the area as requests are made or needs become known.

Through our Pioneer Legacies initiative, Gwynne Legacy Foundation is able to offer memorial  scholarships  to the graduating classes of the GVRA Highschool. The first scholarship to be offered is the $1,000, annual, Guy N. Lofgren Memorial scholarship.
